4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

11Account Termination & Suspension

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible remaining funds will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. Users will be notified in advance via their registered email before any charges are applied.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the sjo77 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and discussion between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
